Personal Pickup

The personal pickup of ordered products is free of charge.

You can pick up the products ordered for personal pickup at a pre-arranged time within 7 working days following the order.

Orders received by 3:00 PM on business days can be picked up from 5:00 PM on the day of the order, provided the ordered products are in stock. If any of the ordered products are currently out of stock but are expected to be back in stock soon, this will be indicated by the “Available for order” sign on the product page. If your order includes such products, you have the option to pick up the order in several parts, free of charge, personally.
